NI Demo meeting

On Saturday my team and I travelled to the Dunsilly Hotel in Antrim to spend the day with some other NI demos, sharing and learning.
We started the morning by exchanging swaps for ideas and inspiration. This is my swap, it's a double slider card inspired by one my upline Michelle made last year.

This is what it looks like when you pull the tab at the top

and these are some of the swaps I received in return, a bit less than I gave out as some of demos had only joined Stampin Up and didn't have any swaps to share.

There were inspiration tables set up for us to browse

This table by Sheena featured the Zoo Babies stampset, the nappy cake centrepiece was amazing, and how cute are these little treat holders? Perfect for a christening or baby shower.

This table from Norma had a floral theme going on featuring the Spiral flower die and the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch

We had some business training from Paula Gorry, Stampin' Up!s UK Business Development Manager who had travelled from England to be with us.

There was then a break for a delicious lunch in the restaurant next door followed by some demonstrations including one by yours truly.
This is me in full flow, I was quite nervous demonstrating to other demos. I showed a whitewashing technique and below is the finished card
To finish the day, there was some crafting to be done. We made a cute mini photo album and then got to play with the Simply Created Mini Memories Album.
